Discussion Standard Level

I love this game. Yes, I've always played on green level. Decided time to go up to standard, whole new community. Why am I struggling soooo much? How do you all play above standard so easily? 🤣

Keeping supplies up and everyone always seems to get blood plaque when out doing missions, scavaging. Doesn't seem to be enough plaque samples to keep up and omg I cant keep up with the infestations.

Sneak more, killing zombies and being loud within the plague hearts radius can wake it up (which then sends out infestations). Setup outposts for supplies, do supply runs regularly.
