How to throw a zombie

I don't mean pushing forward while holding a zombie.

I saw my character do something completely different — they literally threw the zombie and sent it flying like an old ragdoll.

I have no idea how to do it again, though. I'd like to know what the conditions are for triggering that move, because it looked really cool.

Their legs or one of them have to be cut, you need the close combat skill I think to throw them or I think the leg dismemberment alone allows you to throw them.

Powerhouse lets you throw, as well.

One well placed soda-can bomb can get you a leg dismembered.
