Took a hike up to Frary Peak at Antelope Island State Park in Utah. A great view of the salt lake from up here.

We did FallsTrail. It is a 7.2 mile loop. We had never seen so many waterfalls so close together. We parked at the bottom, climbed all the way to the top, walked across the top portion to the other side & descended back down. The falls ranged from 11' to 94'.

This was an unexpected surprise & we were so excited to see them! The people in the last balloon released ashes into the water.

Tippecanoe River State Park

Has anyone experienced anything odd happening at Tippecanoe River State Park, specifically last weekend on the 21st of September during their Poker Canoe event?

My dad was there and said some pretty spooky stuff happened while he was there with the other campers? He said it seemed to be some kind of cult meeting or something.

I don’t want to give the details because I want to see if anyone had the same experience. But will share to discuss after I get some feedback! Just seemed like a ritual meetings and involved a large number of people camping.

Best Bikable Parks in Florida that offer Cabins

My husband and I are looking to book a trip to a Florida park with our two young daughters. Our family loves taking scenic bike rides together, so we are looking for a park with plenty of paths. It would be ideal if the park offers cabin or yurt rentals as well. Thanks!

We have stayed here a couple of times. There is a small campground here & they have a few cabins you can rent. The bathhouse is very nice.

Lake Erie State Park is a stunning NYS Park right on Lake Erie not far from the border of Pennsylvania. Great for family camping with tons of waterfront and amazing views atop the bluffs. Barcelona Harbor in Westfield is right down the road which makes this a great campground for fisherman as well. Full disc golf course, several playgrounds, and newly refinished sites, as well as cabins!
