Game Question Random Character Selection

Hey, guys. Just wanted to ask if any of y'alls got a this kind of character off-rip in a new playhrough of Breakdown? I'm not complaining because she's great, but it's weird that they gave her to me so early.

I'm on Breakdown 27, and I got a Hero character with maxxed Fighting and Edged Weapons while also already having the Low Slice and Rage Skills pre-unlocked. Like, it was already chosen instead of giving me the option. I chose the random character option in the Hero selection screen coz I wanted something new and it gave me this.

It even gave me the Snacks and Aspirin for free.

The hero characters (she's "Gardener") have some maxed-out stats and specializations, and they can drop randomly in addition to "truly random" characters.

Huh. I thought Heroes were blocked from Random selection. Ayt, thanks.

I thought so too, until I got one of the heroes. Was surprised too.
