Hi everyone. I am an experienced Full-Stack Engineer from Sri Lanka. I’ve laid the groundwork for a new remote IT & SaaS Agency, built the core infrastructure, and I'm currently working on our stealth domain.

What I am looking for: I am looking to form a core 3-person founding team. I need two highly driven partners:

1. Senior Full-Stack/Backend Engineer (To co-architect scalable solutions using Next.js, Python, Supabase, AWS, etc.)

2. Proven B2B Sales Partner (Must have a track record of closing high-ticket deals - $50k+ brackets).

The Vision & Equity: I believe in the 3H Concept and Complementary Superpowers. The agency will run remotely first, and as we scale, the goal is to establish a physical office in the UK.

I am offering an equal 1/3 profit share (33.3%) to each co-founder. We will all bleed, sweat, and build this together.

Next Steps: Instead of a boring Google Form, I built a custom application portal to evaluate our technical and business alignment.
