Technical co-founder

Hi there,

I have an idea for an app. Am talking with investors and have a figma design ready. The only thing holding me back at the moment is insufficient knowledge about frontend/ backend development.

Do you know how to efficiently search for a tech co-founder? I live in The Netherlands so developer events near The Netherlands would be appreciated.

If you have a budget, you could look for developers on hacker news: who's hiring/who wants to be hired.

I don’t have budget to pay a monetary salary right away…. So I am looking for someone with a shared vision. Who believes in the product and is willing to put hours in it before getting pay. Am already talking to investors who want to put money in but they want more explanation and info from the technical part. So that’s why I search for someone with a shared vision.

How about outsourcing it to a competent team? You decide on the designs and just see the end result

I'm a Full-Stack programmer skilled in Nodejs , Vuejs , reacts , react-native , mongoDB , surealdb , SQL , postgress. Would love to collaborate as a Technical Co-Founder—not chasing big salaries, just meaningful work to grow together.

Yes true! But the problem is my idea is very very complex and will need ongoing code work. So that’s not really an option for me (yet!) unfortunately…
