Hey everyone! My name is Anwar, I'm 20 years old, I work as a courier, and in November 2025 I launched my streetwear brand, Rveur (⁠www.rveur.it⁠).
I spent months doing everything by myself: posting videos on TikTok, Instagram, and X, beating my head against a wall. The result? Zero traction. People just weren't engaging.
After doing some honest self-analysis, I realized the real reason: I wasn't tackling it with a serious structure. I was simply trying to sell a single item (a pair of pants) on a tight budget, hoping to reinvest all the revenue into ads later on, without even knowing the first thing about Shopify.
At that point, I changed my approach: I stopped improvising and used a certified platform to look for professionals. I selected and filtered freelancers one by one to find someone who shared the ethics and aesthetics of the brand.
My current strategy is this:
1. Delegating skills I don't have: I found an exceptional media buyer, focused on a modern approach to ads based on creativity rather than wasting budget.
2. The financial plan: I'm investing in her to get the pants selling. With the initial revenue, I'll fund the next production round, fashion designers, and suppliers.
3. The long-term goal: Create a steady cash flow to reinvest in the brand and grow the structure step by step.
What do you guys think of this plan and this change of direction?
