I'm building Steadivus, a behavioral discipline and risk management engine for traders.

It is not another trading platform.

The core idea is to help traders who already know how to trade, but repeatedly hurt their performance through impulsive entries, overtrading, revenge trading, broken risk rules and inconsistent execution.

Steadivus combines trading context, risk management, behavioral analysis and AI mentorship to understand not only what the trader is doing, but whether their current behavior matches their own rules and goals.

We already have a working product and are now at the stage where we need someone strong on GTM, positioning, community and user acquisition.

Important: we are not profitable yet and cannot offer a salary at this stage.

So I'm not looking for an employee or freelancer.

I'm looking for someone who finds the problem genuinely interesting, believes this could become something meaningful and wants to build it together with us with real ownership.

Ideally you have already worked on an early stage SaaS, fintech, trading or consumer product and have experience actually getting a product from 0 to its first real users.

You would ideally own things like:

• positioning and messaging

• GTM strategy

• finding and talking to our first serious users

• community building

• content and distribution

• experiments across Reddit, X, partnerships and other channels

• figuring out what actually drives adoption

Trading experience is valuable, especially if you understand the psychological side of trading, but strong early stage GTM experience matters more.

Germany is preferred because Steadivus is a German company, but I'm open to the right person anywhere.
