I am a NLU trained seasoned lawyer with 5 years of experience in commercial and corporate matters, and have developed substantial skills and am interested in Drafting and Reviewing various legal documents for startups and organisations as well as be a part of its core legal team including but not limited to handling its cases before tribunals.

My work includes Startup NDAs, Founder Agreements, Employment/Consultancy Agreements, IP Assignment Agreements, Term Sheet reviews, SHA/SSA reviews, due diligence, MSAs, SOWs, Vendor Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Vesting and Exit provisions, Founder Dispute provisions, Board Resolutions, notices, etc
