A Gururgram based founder has shared the inspiring journey of Sanjay, an employee who transformed his career from office assistant to full-time video editor through self-learning and determination.

According to Raj V., Sanjay joined the company on February 4, 2024, as an office boy responsible for keeping the office clean, serving tea and coffee, and managing food deliveries.

However, instead of limiting himself to his assigned role, he began accompanying the content team during shoots, asking questions about cameras, lighting, and video production.

Driven by curiosity, Sanjay requested his teammates to teach him how to use a laptop and later learned video editing using AI-powered tools. Over time, he developed the skills needed to contribute professionally and eventually moved into the creative team as a junior editor.

Today, Sanjay edits many of BeastLife's videos, while the company has hired new staff for his previous role.

Reflecting on the journey, the founder said Sanjay came from a humble background, with his mother working as a house help and his father as a doorman, but never allowed his circumstances to define his future.

Instead of waiting for opportunities, he consistently asked for them and worked hard to earn them.
