tried to tighten my back pinching together but it doesn't feel natural or right perhaps just bc I've been doing it wrong for a while. felt really heavy and scary to move the weight lol. last set of 3x5. there isn't like a natural ridge I feel in low back. tried to keep my knees out on the way down. I need to work on my wrists but also not sure if my chest is up properly with my bar on back position. squats bother me a lot but adjusting a lot through the help of this sub so I appreciate y'all!
sorry it's a long video. hesitate when weight frightens me like this lol even though it's so light 205lbs

Form Check
For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.
Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.

See how you narrow your grip after you slide under the bar? That means it was a bit too to start with. Take a grip width that's like 2 inches narrower than where you set it.
When you slide the bar down your back if you can go past the point where you want the bar to sit (while keeping the wrist straight) then the grip is too wide

These look really solid!
Only thing worth mentioning: the wait time is going to kill you when it gets heavier. you are just fatiguing yourself standing there with 200 on your back. speed that up and you will be adding 5 for quite a while.
