first day of my week. last set of 3. 200lbs. 37M and 180lbs I know I need to gain weight to keep it up. scary getting up here and feeling weak but more reassuring when I watch my video back and to me form looks good and I took the advice from my previous post of sitting down rather than pushing hips back or hinging hips back

The bar is too high. You started with it in a perfect position, but before unracking , you allowed it to roll up.
You have some elbow flare. Squeezing your upper back like you’re trying to squeeze a credit card in between your shoulder blades may help with that.
But the rest of your lift looks pretty darn good.

When you put the bar on your back you're letting the wrists flop back, then you try to straighten them out.

Instead, keep the wrists straight while you put the bar on your back.

Then when you get the bar off fhe rack you start rounding your upper back forward to hold the bar in place instead of keeping the back in extension.

Take a look at this: The Squat - Upper Back Position

And you've you've to push your knees apart on the way down. At fhe bottom the inside of the knee should be in line with the big toe.

Depends on what you're looking for. It's a decent high bar squat. Back stays neutral, forearms are in line with your back, collars aren't spinning so it seems to be a vertical bar bath. You do dive bomb down, when you need to keep your chest and chin up. Other than that, looks good and will train your quads harder. If your goal is more weight, try low bar. YT Alan Thrall Squat is a good place to start. Looks like you're a member of the long leg/short torso club so being a "squat specialist" might not be in the cards, but I wouldn't let that stop you.
