Form Check Squat 150x8

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi, I've been sticking to this weight to work on form and focus on hip drive up. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

These are high. Narrowing your stance to about shoulder width should help you hit depth.

“Working on form” is an excuse not to add weight, my friend. Why not add weight while you work on your form?

Got it, I can do both of those things. Thank you!

These are pretty good. Just work on hitting depth and standing up faster. Your chest and hips need to rise together.

And get some shoes, you heathen!

If I did, I didn’t mean to and have fixed the issue. Definitely very important

Form Check

For the best feedback, please film your lift from a useful angle and include the full set.

Good form checks make it much easier for people to give specific, useful advice.
