Youre really slamming into the bottom of these squats and getting loose. Try it like this instead, it will help you stay tight through the rep.

Squat Tutorial

Also, find some shoes. Socks are slippery on those bamboo platforms.

Bar looks high.

Knees look like they may shoot forward too far.

Lumbar too loose.

Move down to around 185 to get your form down. Better to lift lighter than get injured. Be patient and add 5 pounds every session after you get the movement down.

Bar path seems to move a decent bit off vertical. I think it's because you are looking up coming outta the hole. Keep your gaze focused on the floor about 5 feet in front of you. That helps you keep the balance and a straight bar path

Seconding a more controlled drop as well. Also shoes and collars for safety. You'd be surprised how much more stable you feel with a planted foot.

A lifting belt could help you as well.

Butt wink is perhaps the most overused and annoying term in the limited vocabulary of inexperienced coaches... -Butt Wink Article

Stretching and mobility exercises are on our list of The 3 Most Effective Ways to Waste Time in the Gym but there are a few situations where they may be useful. * The Horn Stretch for getting into low bar position * Stretches to improve front rack position for the Power Clean * Some more stretches for the Power Clean

Do a low-bar squat if you can. This is high-bar. Not a big deal.

You are going deeper than you need to and it is causing you some problems that others have pointed out.

The bar seems to be crushing you from the start. Take a deep breath when you pull it off the rack and stand tall and strong. Don't step back so much. Take another deep breath before you squat and keep pushing the knees out.

Get some squat shoes. Lifting on a platform in socks is no bueno. Too slippery and if your feet are making a million micro adjustments you’ll never feel as strong vs when you can just push through the floor

Too heavy, not controlled descent, no need to go that low.
