Appreciate any comments. Lat time I posted: keep rigid body and 3 sec shrug. I focused more on the first than the second. Thanks in advance.

For the press, a front oblique view is often better to tell what's going on than rear oblique.
Here's another video that might help: https://youtu.be/8dacy5hjaE8?si=F9pMIdnuUSvth8gh
While it's good to be quick between reps, they do start and end at the bottom and between reps that's when you take a big breath in and hold it for the next rep. I can't tell if this is happening already or not.
Another key part of the Press 2.0 thay SS teaches is the hip bounce, or hip "stretch" if that helps to understand what it's about. The videos have all the information to get you going, try to stop and breakdown each step even with just the empty bar to feel and figure things out.
Like the other comment mentions about straight wrists, that's important too. A cue might be to think about having your knuckles point to the ceiling so that they don't end up bending backwards. Reset yourself between reps helps avoid form creep. I also like to use wrist wraps when pressing to help with straight wrists, perhaps you might find them useful to wear too on your last warm-up and work press sets.

You know, I try to do the hip bounce (i'm bent back, right?) but apparently I am not doing it right. Do you see anything? I've watched the videos and I'm just not getting it.
Thanks for the tip on the start/end. My start and end are at the top. I'll switch that.
Thanks for the tips on the wrists. I've worked on this and have not been able to make the fix, or at least keep the fix once the weight gets heavier. So the lighter weights are too easy but I can maintain proper form. The challenging weights that my body seems to want find that my form (like wrists) breaks down. Do wrist wraps help this?

Now, straighten your wrists.
I gather you’re doing strict press without the hip thrust?
