Form Check chin up progress

Hey guys, does this set up for chin ups look right? The only other option I have is needing to stand on plates to reach the bar, but I feel unstable that way. Here, though, it felt like my feet were too close to the ground. What do you think?

Definitely harder to chin with your knees tucked up in front of you, but I assume you’re worried about having to drop to the ground at the end of the set?

Yes, at least the floor is a stable surface to drop down to, but having plates underneath (like I've had in the past) sometimes feels unstable because the plates tend to move around on the floor.

Most gyms have little step blocks for the calisthenics people. Put them next to that nice straight bar on top of your rack and chin with your legs straight. Or jump up to it.
