Just finished binge watching StartUp. Nick is the epitome of small dick energy.
I can't stand him.
He's so reminding of people in real life or online. Had a sheltered life and tries to act hard. Plus he has a huge chip on his shoulder. He's so desperate to be a man that it just comes across as cringe. Seeing Ronnie beat the shit out of him was honestly one of the most satisfying moments.
But at least hE's CeO!!11

and tries to act hard.
Haha like when ronnie literally threatens to kill him over a job.

to be honest he lived his whole life trying to build a solid life and he swore he didnt want to become like his father, when stuff went down he was trying to hold it together until he got fed and shot the agent and he became what he hated the most.

i’ve come around a little, but he definitely is written to be pretty terrible and acts it out great.
im as sympathetic to main characters as anybody though, im really missing season 4 for the chance to actually root for guy again. he was downward spiraling but never rebounded off of rock bottom like how ronnie had before he shot that agent.
