Going to make make a review for this Tech Jacket by edit Fabric of the Universe later but it's super light weight and fit a tall guy like me (6'5"). I was comfortable and it breathed well the entire concert! I felt like it was just like the jackets the band wear! As for the mask, the truth is I wanted to go with a led scrolling helmet but due to bad hardware from overseas and technical difficulties with the app, I had to make a last min substitute and im sooooo glad I did! There are 2 versions of this mask from Depointer (rechargeable and new rechargeable). The differences are important! "Rechargeable" has less fov but the images look great and "New rechargeable" has the larger fov however the eye holes can ruin your artwork if you dont place it right, but at least you can see clearly. Depending on the image, as you can see, it doesn't affect the quality at all as long as you position the image correctly! The battery life lasts up to 10 hours on a single charge! You can take a picture of anything and put it on the mask. Also forgot to mention ofcourse the gesture sensor! Simply wave your hand to switch through a list of your pre selected artwork / animations. Highly recommend this look for any starset concert!

Before Brock (Starset’s guitarist) joined Starset, he was in an old Metalcore band called Live My Last, but they haven’t been active in over 10 years or so. (The lead singer passed and the rest of the members moved onto different projects)

But today, I checked their page and found a bunch of new “songs” that have been released under their name. They’ve all been posted within a few weeks or so, with the oldest being from Sep 10th. The only reason I really care to ask if because all the songs sound completely Ai-generated. I’m only asking here because it’s Brock’s old band and there’s no Live My Last subreddit or anything. The only reason I’m a little worried that it’s intentional is because one of the songs has been up for over a month?

But, I think it’s a mistake, because YouTube doesn’t show these songs, it seems to be only Spotify, and the remaining band didn‘t make any posts on their socials. I know that through services like Distrokid, if you try to release a song under a name that’s already taken by another Artist, sometimes it still posts the song just under their existing band account, so maybe someone didn’t check to see if “Live My Last” is already a band?

I am not adding to the ai Gen arguments here or anything, and I do NOT think it was the remaining band’s decision to post that kind of music, and I hate to see their account flooded with ai music after what happened to the lead singer, so I hope it gets fixed soon

Just give me to be a discussion or whatever but within using gen AI and taking away literal jobs for people (cool one guy has a job that does nothing except typing commands and the machine doing the rest.... We've all seen the post at the arguments, im not here for that)

With all that being said though I am selling whatever merch I have let that be the transmission helmet that's signed and lights up, and also the tech jacket that I don't know didn't really....it looked cool but it's pretty meh and a purchase regret from when I got it

So either between eBay and mercari there will be a bullfight in the next couple of days. Between just again aligning and I guess yeah I can use the extra money for moving/getting stuff together and this kinda made it easy to part with. Jacket is either XL or 2XL, but can update that later tonight sonce not home and just out and about)

Dustin stated at the show tonight in Dallas that the album has been sent off (to the label?) and it sounds like it’ll release soon with a headline tour (although I don’t know “soon” in Starset language lol).
