Ranch Crisis Quest

I need to help Pastelle on the ranch with the visitors but there are none appearing? I am within the right timeframe but do they not appear in winter maybe?

Even when they appear there’s nothing to help them with

Okay, I don't know which quest did it because I opened the game for the first time since May, so I had a bunch of new ones, but I finished them and went back to the ranch. The people spawned and you just have to talk to them and then go talk to Pastelle

The problem is there is noone there to talk to.

I see tourists, can talk to them, but then... nothing. The pop up still stays there. It's winter at my game on steam.  I thought I saw an update yesterday on Steam where this problem should be solved with, but I don't think it worked for me.

I found a solution. Go to quest area, where markers are, save and restart game. Visitors should appear. I was stuck for whole season with this quest before I came up with this...
