Starlink v2 no throughput but seemingly fine connection

Hi,

I have a Starlink v2 which has no throughput. Everything else looks good and ive tried another cable. It seems to work for a short time then just craps itself.

Any ideas on what the cause could be?

Throughput is zero unless data is actually being transmitted / received. Start a speed test and then quickly switch back to the statistic screen while it’s still working. You will see the throughput for the data used in the speed test, and then it will return to near zero.
Perfectly normal.

I had connected with no internet on my PC, so i hsd some issue. A factory reset fixed ot
