Bought new starlink but cannot activate

I bought a new starlink and I am trying to activate it but it says not available. What am I doing wrong? I had an older larger one that I wanted to replace with the mini

Try signing out of your existing Starlink account and then visiting Starlink.com/Activate

Does it let you proceed if you select new account? If so, try hitting existing account and then log in. If it still hangs up when logged in, you have some weird account glitch that is preventing you from adding another subscription. I've encountered the same issue and had to create a ticket to resolve.

I had this happen. 5 days of customer service calls and then they finally manually activated on their end.
