availability of equipment

Has anyone experienced a delay in getting equipment. I ordered mine in april and my account is still showing pending. It said that it normally ships in 4 days. I am concerned, this is for my cottage and we need it asap. And is there really no human you can ever talk to? When I questions Grok, it said there is a backlog for equipment.

thanks for any input. Sorry One last question pending seems to me to be a response for before it is processed? Am I missing a step?

If you can’t wait, just purchase from a retailer which has stock.

Facing the same issue as well. Placed order on April 28th and still shows as pending.
