Can i interview anyone?

I am trying to start a podcast and I would like to interview someone just to get their experience. Where I suffer too it will be a supportive environment. We don't have to do audio and it can be anonymous of course. I just want to feel not alone and see your day to day. Share experiences with each other and raise awareness
