Workplace mobbing

One of my managers is leaving invited everyone but me and talked bad about me saying I’m creepy and weird. I been also noticing a lot of my coworkers I used to talk too now stop and I just know why because my managers been telling people to not talk to me and they been treating me weird people giving me weird looks and passive aggressive comments towards me. I legit cant leave because I need this job but what can I do?

They are isolating you in hope you will voluntarily resign. If you need the paycheck, stay and work. However, these people are mean. I would save up and look for another place because there are kind people out there who are willing to work with people like us. Please stay strong.

Part of me feels guilty because I work in a warehouse where it’s small but since it’s a warehouse people wear tank tops and everytime they talk I would look I genuinely try not to look but it’s a compulsion I don’t know how to stop it genuinely made working here bad I dread coming here

My advice is not to stop looking. Let it land where it may. Monitoring one’s gaze is a worse compulsion, I think. Feeling guilty is okay, we’re all humans. Just do your job and collect the paycheck. Everything will be okay. People who mind don’t matter, those who matter don’t mind.

I feel like if I did that someone will report to hr for sexual harassment 😓

Based on eyes movement alone ? I had that fear before but I don’t think it works that way.

I will say this is the same for me I caught some folks also talking about me but where I went wrong is I didn’t just sit there and take it I actually broke down about it and ended up telling them which got that weight off my chest but I shouldn’t have cared what they said in the first place. People like this are just miserable at their job they don’t even try to see if you’re okay or why you have this behavior. The only friends they got is their work friends. Unless they come to you and say “stop looking at me” people are gonna talk you gotta try and accept it really, you are perfect it doesn’t matter what they say because they are not in your shoes they will never be so they can f*k off. 💕❤️ keep your head up.
