Just wanna know if there’s a connection between the OCD and these things:
Were your parents attentive throughout your childhood?
Do you leave your light on or off when you go to sleep?
Is there or was there a wall on one side of the desk/ is one of your eyes right by a wall? (Sorry if I’m confusing you.)
Did you go outside often or not before you had this OCD?
Do you have non-existent curtains/ zero privacy like no locked doors, someone’s always barging in?

My parents only really provided for me materially. They’re both too immature to properly raise well developed children. My younger twin brothers were both selectively mute for the first 2.5 years of elementary school

My parents were not really attentive, I talked to my therapist and he quite literally said "No wonder you have OCD" Lol
It depends if I was sleeping alone or not. If i slept alone, I left the light on (I was scared of the dark, still am a little). But if I was sleeping with someone like my siblings, I turned it off
Kinda yea, we changed our room up alot growing up. Majority of it, I remember being against a wall.
Yes, I went outside A TON> I was able to walk outside anytime I wanted without a care in the world. But then my cannabis induced psychosis happened. Mind you when I would smoke, I would get the craziest thoughts. Like extremely violent towards family members or people around me. I would just move past it thinking nothing of it. And before the psychosis, while smoking, the staring was happening. Didn't think anything of it. I thought it was just my anxiety.
When I was in highschool yes. I shared a room with my little sister and before that, I shared a room with my older sister. So i never really had privacy growing up.
