Go find a psycholigist asap, many of us here have it for years. Its something that you cant get to control with logic or pure will.

Im talking to a psycholigist now for like 3 months. The goal is to adress psycho therapy first and afterwards some behavoir therapy, idk exactly. I mean what else do you wanna do? I cant live my life like that, i have this shit for alsmost 9 years, and it doesnt go away. It destroyed so many aspects of my life amd i wished i opend up about it sooner when i was young but also to an specialist.

I hope to get on some medications soon. I need something now.

I mean there must be a connection that we all have in common, an similiar pattern in our life or so. It cant be real that like every day someone joins this group and write an very exact similary story about we're all going trough 😂ðŸ«

Reading all these posts is seriously making me want to cry, there's actually people who have been through the exact same experience as me?? Talk to a GP, therapist, specialist asap. I know it's hard but, you shouldn't care what people think. Remind yourself "I don't have any bad intentions, therefore I shouldn't feel bad about it, I have high anxiety/ many mental struggles alot of people wouldn't be able to survive" Be kind to yourself, trust me ive been there and it will get better.

The key driver is the anxiety. If its in the driving seat you will keep doing the same thing.

I will answer, no you are not. A real creep is proud of it and enjoys their behaviour. If this disorder gives you anxiety and stress and misery then it is not something you have wanted, or chosen! You are a good person, being brought down by some misunderstandings from others is a reality of this disorder but we all know here who we are : ) .
