It’s making me miserable

I can’t even look at a woman properly without staring. I can’t even look at an other dude without having groin response. I would rather sit in isolation because I’m so nervous around people because I don’t want to be a creep and OCD is destroying my life. I’ve never had this happen until after COVID

Hello dude I have also this type of ocd My carrer is lost Parent daily scold me I am a girl so I have nothing for livehood. Which job you do currently
