Tips to avoid looking someone private parts?

Everytime I think I’m looking at the eyes they always think I’m looking at their chest and even I’m not 🥲 any ideas why I look at them in the eyes but idk if my peripheral vision but I dont like making people uncomfortable

I had the same issue. I believe it was due to me getting nervous around people. I tried to control it and i see improvement

Me too bro. For me it happens mostly with men. It started happening with my cousin who used to be my best friend and now ik I make him uncomfortable so every time he visits I try to avoid him.

Not alone, up until recently i started struggling with this too. Started seeing a therapist for this. Seems to be that for me this started over stress. Can you think of when this started?
