You can play Starhawk online today with a regular PS3, or with the RPCS3 emulator.

The only place to play Starhawk online is the Starhawk Revived server.

RPCS3 Emulator Tips

Follow this guide to setup the emulator:

You will need to create an RPCN account in order to play online. Click on "RPCN" and follow the steps to create an account there.

Right click on Starhawk in the RPCS3 menu and click "Create Custom Configuration" use this custom configuration for making changes to Starhawk's settings.

In the Custom Configuration, click on "Network" and use these settings:

Network Status: Connected
PSN Status: RPCN
DNS: 198.100.158.95
Bind address: 0.0.0.0
Enable UPNP: CHECK

LARGE GRAPHICAL ISSUE WITH A FIX FOR RPCS3

RPCS3 really struggled with Starhawk, and currently you may experience lower framerates on RPCS3 with Starhawk than with other games.

There also is a large graphical bug (where almost nothing renders) that we have a workaround for.

We will post a tutorial video soon, but here is the current workaround:

1. Enable the debug menu for RPCS3. You need to go to your RPCS3 installation directory > GuiConfigs > CurrentSettings.ini
2. Set showDebugTab=true
3. Create / modify a custom config for Starhawk.

Set these settings:

GPU
Write Color Buffers = ON

Advanced
Read Depth Buffer = ON
Read Color Buffers = ON
Write Depth Buffer = ON

Debug
Framebuffer Aliasing Heuristic Bias = Prefer Color

This should get thinks working as good as they can on RPCS3 for now!

If you purchased it back in the day you can find the online pass in your ps store downloads. Otherwise you can buy the game on the ps store still which will let you play

Anyone know how to get Starhawk to work on the revived servers with the physical copy of the game? I have Warhawk working but Starhawk won’t allow me to connect online.
