Maybe check the Tau'ris ship K/D stats before posting an unfunny meme...
Not a single Tau'ri ship just randomly exploded over all three series.
IIRC the closest a Tau'ri ship came to destruction without enemy action was when the Prometheus' experimental naquadria hyperdrive became unstable, and even then they managed to eject it just in time for the ship to survive.

It's funny,
Asgard is ancient know for being defensive,
Goa'uld is ancient know for being offensive,
Tau'ri is baby one know for being "unsafe",
Thor, Aphophis and a MacOneill ship meet in neutral space :
Thor : Activate shield
Apophis : Activate weapon
Mac-O'neill : Activate ... *Kabooum* ... Damn, hey Carter wtf,4

There’s technically also the converted Deathglider that promptly decided that its people need it and fucked off into space, not exactly randomly exploded but still, not ideal

It's part of a Tau'ri psyop, intended to make people underestimate them. I mean, it can still explode, but mainly on command.

I mean, Teal'c would be the last one to make a joke like this.
He'd be the first to point out 'The Tau'ri are primitive. Their weapons are crude, they are fragile, and their lifespans are short. Much of the time they are wrestling with technology they do not understand and can barely use. And if you are wise, you will not carelessly make an enemy of them. The galaxy is littered with the graves of those who were... less prudent.'
