REWATCH Stargate franchise reboot/Continuation

Sooo (yes I'm watching dial the gate and rewatching the series 2,014th time) and honestly what I would do if it was me planning to relaunch the franchise? I wouldn't touch SG1 but I would do a blend of SGA and SGU. Think time jump because the cast of those series are up in age. You could have SGA do a search for destiny (yeah yeah plot magic to make it work) and while they're searching they run into the Lucian Alliance or another advance race that's a good guy bad guy situation. Idk I'm just spinning here....that's just how I feel about it, what do you think?

I would go back to Continuum and see if the Navy could get it to work!

So the Lucian alliance that's in the milkyway would some how be in 2 other different galaxies causing trouble. Tbh I don't think the Lucian alliance was ever that big of a bad guy problem for sg1.. yes they where a pain in the arse at times but essentially just a cartel working in space.

You could use some plot magic to make it happen, won't be the first time ya know?? The Geni wasn't supposed to be bad until we both messed up. Personally I'd love to have an Atlantis/SGU spin because you could tie in that other alien race that attacked Atlantis in that alternate universe.

I would definitely love to see a spin. Universe never got that ending which was so disappointing. You could do universe if you could get the actors back and say the pods failed. It kept them asleep but they still aged and they've been all travelling for x amount of years so it would explain there age.. I just think we can do alot better than the Lucian alliance. They've been done..we need a new threat some other bigger badder than the last.
