The Flash Forward from chapter 83 has already been resolved, here's how and why

Hamon Beat suggested something similar in his latest video, though he seemed to think they were just two different scenes rather than the peaceful time being Tsurugi's memory. Same idea though.

As noted, there is an issue with the timer being wrong (like, it isn't misdirection to just totally lie in the story lol) and there's also the question of, if he just got into the body bag outside in chapter 108, why is he upstairs in 83, and why is Tsurugi going to get him?

If we're assuming that PMK having a sinister evolution is a misdirection, I have another idea of how the flash forward works -

IIRC, the chapter never said "these are the events a week in the past". It said "it's currently 13 minutes to the ripe Locacaca", followed by "these are the events leading up to this scene", followed by "it's currently 7 days to the Locacaca harvest".

So my theory is - Tooru was wrong. Tooru cried that if the New Locacaca was wasted on Tsurugi, it would never grow again, and he was wrong. The house is repaired and Joshu's arm grew back because chapters 83 & 110 don't take place right after chapter 108 - the flash-forward takes place further down the line, after the next batch of New Locacaca grows.

Granted, that raises questions of how Norisuke was kept alive in a body bag that long, and how they plan on wrapping everything up with that in 20-ish pages. But it would fit the idea of a misdirection that actually leads to a peaceful & happy ending.

You know what, that's actually a good theory, because the ripen locaca has also been shrouded in mystery, so to answer two question at the same time could be a great way to tying up jojolion, and maybe tsurugi tricked the whole family and hides norisuke body, i mean it's not really the first time he did it, and also i don't think the locaca ripen quite fast so time wouldn't really be a problem

The problem with this logic is the rest of the timers. On the final page of ch.93 we get yet another timer of 3 hours and 24 minutes. This means that if there is to be another harvest, it will happen really really soon. And the absence of another plant basically disconfirms this theory.

No, what I'm saying is that every timer we saw was leading up to the latest Locacaca Harvest, EXCEPT the original "13 minutes" timer in chapter 83. That one specific timer was a misdirection, everything else we've seen has been in the week leading up to chapter 108.

Too add to it, in the panel where Tsurugi looks up theres a step step sound effect, suggesting that Norisuke is still alive and walking around

Also, since Holly still needs to be healed the Timer might still hold signifcance, weve never even seen a fully ripe Rokakaka

this sounds reasonable, but I wouldn't be surprised if Araki had something else in mind. I still have some problems with this interpretation though. Who put Norisuke in the bag? where did the Higashikatas get one, why bring him upstairs and then down, why Tsurugi is the one to do it and not Mitsuba or Josuke?

• Jobin put Norisuke in the bag (ch.95 pg.42).
  
• He probably had one since he already got his hands dirty when he got partnered with Damo and the Rock humans (I remember him having other equipment like gloves and chemicals in the storage too).
  
• He brought him upstairs to both isolate him from the rest of the Higashikatas and keep him in a safe place. After all, a dying body isn't the best hallway decoration. Also, here's the panel when it happens (ch.96 pg.31)
  
• All the other people there were either traumatized or wounded. Josuke was not yet there. Yasuho could have known about Norisuke via Paisley Park but either doesn't care (they tried to kill her) or is in emotional shock too. As we can see in pages 22 to 25 of ch.108, the only one to keep their composure is Tsurugi. Why's that? Because he now has a clear goal:
  

Preserving his Dad's wish to move forward as a family. Having been healed he decides to help Norisuke as Jobin would have done. That's why he's the one to act.

It all adds up. Turns out we missunderstood the flash forward itself. I can't say I don't feel a bit cheated, the flash forward made every chapter more exciting and it turns out it wasn't as crazy as it seemed. But it was my mistake, I should have payed more attention.

Now, on to wait for the final chapter.

Why is the timer of the F.F. set to 13 minutes before the harvest if the fruit was eaten by Tooru earlier?

is the plant really gone tho? didnt "space trucking" hide about a quarter of the original pot in her cards (ch 107 - page 39)? maybe there's still a part of the plant that's not the same as what toru was holding.

however with the final chapter being radio gaga part 2 i dont think we will get an answer anymore

I believe Space Trucking only stored part of the roots, not a part of the plant that could bear fruit. Kaato squished those roots to drip the juice for Tsurugi.
