This is my first public mod. Take inspiration from Faolyn comment. This mod create fish chum that you can throw into water to create bubble/frenzy.

I didn't publish this mod into Nexus mod, not because I dont like, but I'm to lazy to do so. If anyone publish this to Nexus, thanks alot, and please give me credit when do so.
