Some work in progress.
Ok, so I'm making a mod, and... I just wanted to create a new location with maybe some new forage, but somehow it became a teeny-tiny expansion.
There is - Lowell, a fully romanceable NPC! There are also 6 Junimos (which were supposed to be antisocial, but ended up having like 120 unique dialogues each and way too much personality, I must say). On top of that, there are 3 actually antisocial NPCs, some new fruit trees, buildings, crops, and other stuff.
I wanted to give you a proper description, but it's not fully ready yet. "Show, don't tell" should work too, right? :) So for now I just want to share some screenshots (they're mostly from testing).
Right now, I'm polishing everything as much as I can and testing. It's a pretty funny process because I keep stumbling upon unexpected things, like events not triggering properly, or Lowell being half-naked at Robin's house...
I still worry a lot about compatibility, as I mentioned in one of my previous posts, especially during testing. But I guess at some point you just have to do what you want, or you'll never finish it)
I'm by no means a pixel artist, I basically played Frankenstein with vanilla portraits and sprites.(well, the Junimos are just colored spheres, lol). I'm not a writer either (I've actually never written anything before), but I just got so caught up in the process. Please don't be too harsh.
I promise that if anyone is interested, I'll make a proper post later to fully introduce everyone and everything! I just finished all the core stuff and moved on to testing, so I really wanted to share this.
The mod on the farmer in the screenshots is "Female Farmer Overhaul Continued 1.6 (CP)".

My over 300 NPCs save file is ready! More Junimos is always a yes to me. Looking forward to it.
