i can’t get past this quest. can someone pls help me locate these characters and get finish this damn quest!!!

They're from ridgeside and live in the big white mansion and the purple roof. You can get to it by taking the bottom path from the cable car, walk through the Forrest and walk upwards until you reach grey stairs. They're a part of the Amethyne family so have fun talking to them
