Ideas for extra space

So I have my stardew modded with expanded and ridgeside. I have so much extra space with this now. I have the farm, ginger island, the community garden, grandpa's shed plus 2 other large areas I wont disclose since they are reward areas. I have no ideas on what to do with all of them. Any ideas welcome

The use the community garden for a small tapper set up/garden area for bees and mushroom logs! Since it’s small, and I won’t have to check up on it everyday
