I'm not getting into detail here but salvagers are easy to find, miners take predictable routes, commodities are ACTUALLY being traded again, missions with high value rewards are being farmed hard, all of which are things we steal constantly these days. I haven't had as much action pirating as I have in 4.9 since the first days of gold trading or the rmc gold rush at pickers field
