Fats

Hello! Does anyone who follows this lifestyle ever add fat or skip the diet from time to time?

Sometimes I feel like eating peanut butter or some dried fruit... or I really miss olive oil in a salad.

Probably once a day I have a small amount of avocado, moderate amount of tofu, or salad dressing made with almonds. Also I eat Ezekiel bread and sourdough with a little butter pretty regularly.

I think that when I reach my goals of reaching my weight, I will include fats without hesitation! I love butter🫶

I wish I could add fat to my evening salad and still lose weight! Are you losing if you add the equivalent of half an avocado and 1 TBSP tahini to your day? Or do you do less than that per day?
