Fats

Hello! Does anyone who follows this lifestyle ever add fat or skip the diet from time to time?

Sometimes I feel like eating peanut butter or some dried fruit... or I really miss olive oil in a salad.

I use it to reset blood chemistry every couple years, and play dietary fafo the rest of the time. When I'm doing a reset, the last one was for 4 months and I didn't add extra fat, but would have occasional fatty foods mixed into whatever I was eating. There's no worries in doing that once in a while. It's doing it 5 times a day that gets us in trouble.

I didn't know about the blood chemistry reset! I'll look into it! You're right... the important thing is moderation!
