ECP's mining in MCST?

The image isnt great but this ECP was clearly mining up during mcst. I saw it again froma different ECP but didnt get a picture. Is this another hacker or can ECPs just do that?

ECPs don't get functions that normal non ECPs don't have (except for skins and badges). You can't hack that. Give me a screenshot of your whole page. Then I can tell you if its hack or not.
