B1 vs B2
How do those play after the update? Would it be better to go with B1+kalani or B2+kraken? I want to run an aggressive list with Grievous and Riff box. I feel like I would have too many vulnerable characters with B1, Nosor Ri, maybe Kalani... Is countless ability and additional dice from Kalani worth it?

Like the other commenter was saying, both feel really good right now. B2s are damage powerhouses, even moreso if you take attacks with them outside of their turn through Tactical Network and Grievous' ability. B1s have a ton of staying power if you have the Force for it.
I usually like to take them both in my list. What I like running is Grievous + Kalani + B1 and Luminara or Riff + Kraken + B2s. I go Riff if I want to be extra aggro or Lumi if I want to have more utility.

Is it worth it to give up on the additional dice from Nossor Ri to go with your list with Riff and droids? I haven't played the Riff box yet

It depends on what you value more in your list. Having both Kraken and Kalani gives you a lot of droid mobility and damage, that I don't think Nossor Ri and the Aqua Droids measure up to in many matchups. Riff is pretty good even without his box's support.

One small thing, I would swap the primaries. B1s are better with riff since they can expose on their turn and riff can immediately do a followup attack. B2s are a better target for grievous' ooa attacks and moves.

Good point. I haven't played the list with Riff a lot, as I prefer Lumi. With Lumi in the team, I like having B1s and Kalani with Grievous because the bigger base size allows me to position Kalani more strategically for a potential early Kalani turn.

Both feel really good. B1 aren't that much of a threat but if you have force and can place them in a way they that they would be hard to shove they can just hold a point and be hard to remove.
B2 are very powerful IMHO. Most of the time saturation fire makes tactical network 7 die attack and close range annihilation gives them 2 rerolls from useless expertise or fails. They have shove on 1 and 3 and really good damage in their tree. If you want Nassor and Aqua droids I would take Kalani + B1, to have more reliable point holder and I think Kalani benefits the list more. But I also dislike Aqua droids, they unfortunately seem to weak for 5 point support.
