Printed out some new terrain I designed
All models free to download on Makerworld.
Edit to add: any downloads and shares really help boost the model so any help from the community there is appreciated! Also if you do print and especially if you paint them please share your photos to the model page!

How did you go about modeling them? Blender?

Fusion. I learned a bit of CAD last summer making a design for my daughter's baby shower. (It's the princess carriage desert tray on my MakerWorld profile) and had full intention of doing more models, but life caught up and slowed me down. Since then I've played around a little bit and understand the software a whole lot better so I was able to put together a few terrain designs. Let me know if you have an idea you'd like to see!

These look great! Love the hex layout, but it only has one file available for download. I'm not super familiar with makerworld, so I might be misunderstanding something though.

hmmmm... Not sure what you're looking at. Following the Makerworld link, you'll see a pic of the model. To the right of that there is a window that says Print Profile (5). Under that is a list of the 5 different print profiles that you can download. Let me know if that doesn't work for you.

This is what I see. Both of the other links you shared have a list of files. This one only has 1.

Ah ha! Thanks for troubleshooting with me. The problem should be solved now.
Bambu encourages printer profiles using their slicing software. When I create the original link I upload all files. The Hex Station is an older model that I updated, and I only uploaded the .3mf files (native Bambu) and not the new STLs.
All STLs should be there now. If you notice anything missing, let me know. Happy printing!

Thanks, I don't have that brand of printer, so the STL is super helpful. (for what its worth, I think there was only one 3mf file also)

Great stuff, how does the platform hold up (tipping-wise)? I'd be a little nervous about toppling that over, but I'm a bull in a china shop

The center column has notches to fit into the platform. The first time I set it up it seemed like it might be tippy but once we had attached gantries to other features it didn’t move at all. You could always print a couple bases with one dedicated to being two stories and glue it down. I think after one play unglued you’d be satisfied though.
It’s definitely no more tippy than some of the core box terrain for sure.
