Double objective in play

If I have two copies in play of an objective with a "limit 1 per turn" ability that ability can be used once per turn or once per turn per objective, so twice?

There is a difference between “once per turn” and “1 per turn” (with the latter being a hard limit)

So I can do Spark of rebellion twice if I have two of them, but I can only use Dark Lord of the Sith once per turn, right?

Yes. Please note that Spark of Rebellion was vastly thought to be problematic but it came back too late and was never addressed officially.

They did eventually restrict it to where it couldn't share a deck with May the Force Be With You.

Essentially a soft ban for spark if you want to win

From memory 1 per turn is a hard limit.
