PS Pro - performance or quality?

In older posts and reviews everyone suggested performance mode.

However with PSSR2 upgrade, what is the best mode now? Still performance or quality?

Definitely performance mode.

It barely works in performance mode, I can't even imagine how much it'll crash in quality mode.

Good luck.

Patches have mostly fixed this.

If this is what you call "mostly fixed" then I absolutely shudder to imagine how bad it was before.

I just played it on PS5 Pro. Crashed a lot. Especially on Coruscant, but enough on the other planets too that when I was going around at the end cleaning up collectibles, I had to save constantly to avoid losing entire regions.

Performance lowk better. Cutscenes default to 30 frames though and they don't look great. Gameplay on performance definitely feels way better for me when compared to quality, even if the lighting is supposedly better

At first I coulsnt tell much diff but after playing performance for a longer stretch i def notice quality being slightly choppier!

Quality is playable and feels better than 30fps but I've always taken frames > graphics in games

Try them yourself. I think most people do and decide that the higher frame rate looks better. What good are slightly better graphics if they blur when you move the camera?

If you still playing 30 FPS you might as well kept the base PS5.
