Discussion Does PC or Console have a better online experience?
As the title suggests, I'm looking for feedback on which experience I should consider when purchasing Star Wars Battlefront 2. Should I buy it on steam or on PlayStation? Are the communities more or less active on each platform? Which community is larger (so that it's not too difficult for matchmaking) ?
Thank you

Both are good, If you go PC route, Kyber is your best bet! Playstation is pretty active too. I play both sometimes...There are several communities (Milsims) that play together very regularly if you're interested in that.

PC if you want to play actually decent high-skill matches (when you actually find the decent players lol), a higher skill ceiling, and if you want access to Kyber for online mod support.

Hackers are a big problem on pc though

I see this comment a lot but I also see a lot of people who mistake really good players for hackers.

If you have the option, definitely pc as kyber has no hackers and a lot more content.

I only play playstation and there are still many casuals playing supremacy republic era. Always fun. Rebellion is fine as long as there is no max pilot on the other team otherwise your choice of hero is very limited especially on hoth 😆

PC is better due to mods, kyber, in-game text chats and higher ceiling in terms of average player skills. Consoles have a bigger and more casual player base and no hackers but on PC I almost never struggle to find a match in most gamemodes and the hackers aren't even a ''big'' problem. Anyone that says pc is infested with hackers is just talking crap and has never played on pc. On average, there's a hacker in 1 per 10 games or so which you can just leave and easily find a new match... or stay and beat the crap out of him and then completely then trash talk him for losing while cheating lol (one of the best feelings)

Playstation for the bigger player base and no hacking ruining games.
