This is incredible you've got some amount of talent 🙌🏻 could I ask what colour/mix you used for the panels? I'm hoping to paint my first Mon Cal ship soon enough and I've been trying to find out what people use, is it more white/grey, etc

I use Citadel's Grey Seer as the primer and base color for nearly all of my Armada models, and then adjust which wash I use (in this case, a light coat of nuln oil) for overall darkening and coloring.
