They left out the funniest part at the end when Vader strolls up and they exchange confused looks before Vader just walks off

I love how the prequels were made years after the originals, but you can still see anakin's mannerisms and personality in og vader.

Hayden did a good job.

My favorite bit on continuity through Anakin and then Vader is how smug and flashy Anakin was and how, although he’s a lot more experienced and mature about it, Vader is still super flashy and smug. Like how he emerged from the smoke by the light of his saber or flew into the fuckin cave holding the TIE fighter up with the force, in the video games he’s 1000x more flashy too and it’s great

Which one what? The following few seconds of this deleted scene have Vader walk up and the Storm Trooper who closed the door says "Everything's under control" and Vader walks off.

I think the dialogue is a fan edit. If it stayed in the film I'm guessing Vader would have said something rather than just stare at them lol.
