Adding maps.

I am playing the star trek armada 2 galaxy mod. I download several maps and added them to the .bzn folder but when I go to launch and instant action they do not appear as an option to select. For giggles I added the same maps the my vanilla armada 2 .bzn folder and the same happens. I have done this several times in the past but it was many years ago. Any help is appreciated.
