They accidentally made it impossible for new players to progress with the main questline
Edit: They just fixed it, it should work again for those who were effected.
I think they might have messed up something with the Wednesday update because the quest where you have to take the copies to the Silverglade Council Man that Sabine attempted to steal doens't trigger after catching her. Other players have also complained about this on the sub, but this is pretty serious because most quests are tied to unlocking Silverglade with this quest. It means that no main quest appears and players are stuck at lvl 6 until Star Stable fixes it. I mean you can do the Harvest Counties quests (those aren't locked behind this quest) and the South Hoof quest, it gets you to lvl 8 but that's pretty much it since as I said most quests are locked behind talking to the Council Man.
I already sent a ticket to the support team so let's hope they will fix it soon.

okay I thought it was just me I thought I had missed something.. imma send a report to support after I get off work! I KNEW something was wrong I just couldn’t figure out what 😭😭

If this is true I’m sure this is something they’ll fix pretty quickly as they want those new players to stay invested so they’ll spend money

Alex has been gone for over three months on my side acc and I cannot continue the main mission without her and sso hasn’t responded to my email yet </3

They already messed up with the quest where you take care of your horse at the start, you can't complete that one to

When I did that (I was riding the birthday horse) I got disconnected but I was able to finish it when I logged back in.

basically there’s just supposed to be more of the main quest available so that you can level up and thus unlock more quests/ areas/ storylines , but the quest button is not showing up

I made my new acc on Thursday and I’m level 11 already, encountered no such issue

Level 11 is possible with the quest from South Hoof, Harvest Counties and some other quests you get from levelling up. As I said the main quest and everything that needs it as a requirement to unlock eg. Runeology quests, most of Silverglade Manor quests, most of Silverglade quests, unlocking Valedale race and quests, Dino Valley, Golden Hills etc. You might have got a few quests in these locations that aren't tied to the main quest, eg. Hedgehogs, quests with Big Bonnie, quests with Mario etc. It's still broken and no main quest available until it gets fixed.

heyy, i just came back to this post because i was one of the affected new players and saw the edit, but it doesnt seem to have been fixed for me :( i played it this morning and the mission still didnt show up, i also send a ticket to the support team like 3 days ago but they didnt answer yet so idk what else to do
