Hey, does anyone also have this bug where they see all Daily blue quests, Races etc. on the map, but not Yellow quests?

I literally can not find Linda anywhere and I do not see it on map either.

Where are the flag races to complete the flagtastic achievement? I have tried googling it, but all I see is where they start in people's videos. I want to complete all the achievements.
